Taking Stock 1

“What the mind can conceive, it can achieve,” Napoleon Hill

It’s Monday and as always something new comes your way. I’ve seen taking stock on so many blogs and find them really interesting and I thought doing one would be fun and different from my fashion and lifestyle posts. Hope you enjoy it :-).

Making: plans on the way forward and next steps to take in my career.

Cooking: lots of pancakes lately. I have been trying many recipes some great others just okay. The weird part is I’m not a huge fan of pancakes.

Drinking: green tea as I write this, as a glass of milk and the last piece of birthday cake waits to be vanquished by me. Oh and it was supposedly a carrot cake but tasted nothing like any carrot cake I’ve eaten.

Reading: nothing of late. I need to get more novels, Paulo Coelho is one of my favourite authors, suggestions anyone?

Wasting: time on getting a diet and workout routine. I always lose too much weight meaning I need to find a balance between the two. Until then I have just been monitoring what I eat but miss the energy you get when you workout.

Wishing: I knew the way forward feeling really stuck in making decisions about the blog and how to improve on it and be a better blogger.

Liking: that I finally got reliable wi-fi at home. No more wasting of bundles. Like seriously internet connection should not be expensive.

Watching: Bob’s Burgers season one, hilarious family. Its up to season six.

Smelling: fresh air; sitting near the balcony door.

Needing: morale, this Monday started on a wonky note.

Wearing: comfy camouflage tights and a tee, in short bumming today.

Feeling: that I need a boost of energy to get creative and feel good about my creations.

Loving: my new tab I got as a birthday present.

Noticing: everyday is a learning experience, literally; of late and been open about the life lessons.

Laughing: at YouTube funny compile videos. If you are feeling bored or need a good laugh, look for videos such as baby bloopers.

Wondering: when I will feel I have finally found my purpose, don’t we all feel this way?

Keep smiling 🙂
